STEP 02Submit a Project Request
Complete and submit the Architectural Review Committee (ARC) project request form before beginning exterior work. Providing clear project details helps the committee review requests efficiently.
STEP 03Receive Approval & Move Forward
The ARC reviews submissions and shares feedback or approval. Once the review is complete, residents can move forward with their project knowing it aligns with neighborhood guidelines.
